Sitting With Your Parts: IFS-Informed Therapy

Traumatic experiences have played a big role in helping you become the person you are today. While those experiences have taught you invaluable lessons, they have also left wounds that still affect you deeply. There may be parts of you that feel and act in certain ways that don’t align with who you are and how you want to be. Sometimes parts can be scary, mean to us or others, anxious, depressed, dependent on others, self-harming, stressed, people-pleasing, self-conscious, impulsive, violent, etc.
